Appeals:

Any appeals to the decision of the evaluator should be sent to the NACPI Board President (as
listed on PestInspectorDogs.com) within fifteen (15) days of certification. All information will be
presented to the Senior Evaluators for review. The majority decision of the Senior Evaluators
will be final.

*Until the date a team obtains a pass status, the team will not be presented as certified on the
website or other NACPI materials*

Cost:

$ 50 – Processing Fee made payable to NACPI (The processing fee is only charged once per
company per proxy session, regardless of how many teams are proxy certified that day.)
$150 – The first K9/handler team of a company, payable to the evaluator
$ 75 – Each additional K9/handler team for the same company, payable to the evaluator

$TBD – The Evaluator’s travel expenses (when necessary) will be negotiated and agreed upon
between the evaluator and handler(s) prior to certification.
